Refund, Shipping & Exchange Policy

At Eduwik, we aim to ensure that every learner has a rewarding experience with our courses, programs, and services. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund, exchange, or cancellation, and explains how such requests are processed.

Please note that Eduwik distinguishes between (i) direct course purchases and (ii) Eduwik Plus subscriptions, including free trials and courses purchased during a free trial period. However, certain conditions apply to all cases, as outlined below.


General Conditions

  1. Violation of Terms:
    Refunds will not be issued to accounts that violate Eduwik’s Terms of Use or, at Eduwik’s sole discretion, are deemed to have engaged in misuse or abuse of the platform or refund policy. For instance, refunds will not be granted if a substantial portion of the course has already been viewed, downloaded, or completed before the request.

  2. Abuse of Refund Policy:
    If Eduwik identifies inappropriate or excessive refund requests, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account and deny future access or refunds.

  3. Refund Processing:
    If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used for purchase. If that payment method is no longer valid (for example, a canceled card or closed account), Eduwik is not obligated to process the refund by alternative means.

  4. Partial Refunds:
    Eduwik does not offer partial refunds. Refunds, where applicable, will only be issued for complete course or subscription cancellations.

  5. Currency and Exchange Rates:
    All purchases are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). In the case of international payments, any difference in refunded amount due to exchange rate fluctuations or banking charges is beyond Eduwik’s control.

  6. Account Deletion:
    If a user deletes their Eduwik account, any pending refund eligibility is forfeited, even if the refund would have otherwise been applicable.


1. Direct Course Purchases

If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase—provided that:

  • You have not completed or downloaded a substantial portion of the course content.

  • The course was purchased directly through Eduwik.com (and not via a third-party platform).

Upon refund approval, your access to the course will be revoked immediately.

Courses Purchased via Eduwik Credits or Discounts:
Courses bought using Eduwik Credits, coupons, or bundled offers may be exchanged for another course of equal or lesser value within the 14-day period. Monetary refunds will not be issued for such transactions.


2. Eduwik Plus Subscription, Free Trials & Courses Purchased During Free Trials

a. No Refunds Policy

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Active or renewed Eduwik Plus subscriptions (monthly or annual).

  • Free trials once they have ended and the first payment has been processed.

  • Courses purchased during or in association with a free trial offer.

All such payments are non-refundable.

b. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Eduwik Plus subscription anytime through your account settings.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly, annual, etc.).

  • If you cancel before your next billing date, no further charges will apply.

  • If the renewal payment has already been processed, no refund will be issued.
    Eduwik does not offer refunds for automatic renewals, so we recommend canceling ahead of time if you do not wish to continue.

c. Cancellation During the Free Trial Period

If you access Eduwik Plus through a free trial, you may cancel anytime before the trial ends via your account.

  • Cancelling before the trial ends ensures that no charges are applied.

  • If you do not cancel before the trial period concludes, the first payment will be processed automatically, and no refund will be available—even if you did not use the subscription benefits.


3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a course (instead of a refund), you can do so from your Eduwik profile within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that:

  • The course has not been completed or substantially viewed.

  • The exchange is for another course of equal or lesser value.

  • Exchanges for higher-value courses may require paying the difference.

  • Accidental Purchases:
    If you accidentally purchased the wrong course, contact us within 24 hours of purchase for review. Partial refunds are not available.


5. Right of Withdrawal (Applicable in Certain Regions)

If you reside in a region where consumer protection laws recognize a “right of withdrawal” (e.g., the European Union, the United Kingdom), you may cancel your purchase and request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase—provided you have not started consuming the digital content.
By accessing or downloading the course, you expressly consent to waive this right.

For subscriptions or free trials, the withdrawal period begins when the service is first activated. If you do not cancel within this period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund once the first payment has been processed.
